Adobe Target is a web personalisation tool through which you can build personalised experiences for your customers. Integrated with Zeotap, you can pass profile parameters to Adobe Target. This can include demographic and behavioural information of a web page visitor, such as age, gender, products purchased, last time of visit and more. The following are the three ways in which you can integrate with Adobe Target based on your use case:
  • Bulk Profile Update – This is a Audience integration, which allows you to create powerful audiences through Zeotap to personalise experiences as and when the customer lands on the website.
  • Delivery API – This is a real-time integration, which allows you to create personalised experiences based on the activity performed by your customers on the website.
  • Single Profile – This is a real-time integration, which allows you to create personalised experiences based on golden record profile attributes sent to Adobe Target.
