The Zeotap Catalogue comes with standard and universal identifiers and attributes as part of your Zeotap account. However, it provides you with the flexibility to define and create your own data schema based on the custom or standard information captured across sources. Note that you can only map a source that has moved to the Integrated state.
Note:Once a source is mapped and saved, ingestion for streaming sources may take up to 15 minutes to begin. This initial delay accounts for processing data collected between the time the source was integrated and when it was mapped. Afteringestion starts, all subsequent records are ingested in real time. While for batch sources, ingestion of each file may take up to 15 minutes to start from the time the file is dropped. The catalogue fields of type Non-Customer Entity can only be used for NCE sources. If there is a common attribute between NCE and other data entity types, then we recommend that you create a separate field for the NCE data to avoid any conflicts.
