Some standard objects like Account, Contact, Lead, Case and Opportunity contain columns corresponding to first-party user IDs, which can facilitate user matching. Understand Salesforce CRM Source with a Use Case
For example, an automobile manufacturer can leverage Zeotap’s integration with Salesforce CRM to streamline their data management process. The manufacturer can centralise customer information and leverage first-party user IDs for user matching by syncing data from Salesforce’s Account, Contact, and Lead objects. This enables them to create targeted marketing campaigns, personalise communication with prospects and customers, and track the customer journey effectively. With the flexibility of selecting sync frequencies, the manufacturer can ensure their data is up-to-date for informed decision-making and improved customer engagement.
