We have introduced the iOS SDK to ingest the iOS app data into the Zeotap CDP. It is a natively built data collection that simplifies the process of sending data to marketing tools, such as a CDP, as there is no requirement to implement a new API every time. Calculated Attributes is available under the CATALOGUE tab in Collect. You can use calculated attributes to create new attributes for a user by aggregating their event data over a specific time period. The following are some of the highlights of this feature:- Track new user-level insights by aggregating isolated user actions
- Aggregate data using 10+ different kinds of operators, without writing a single line of code
- Segment and filter users in Connect and Workflows based on calculated attribute values
Customer 360 (View and Lookup)

We have introduced Customer 360 as a new offering under the Zeotap CDP App, using which you get the much-needed capability to look up, view and analyse customer data at the individual customer level. We plan to release Customer 360 in phases. The first phase of release opens up the following capabilities:- Profile lookup based on single or multiple attributes
- Quick view and drill down capability to see the ID, profile and consent attribute unified for a customer.
- The access to this feature can be controlled at the user and org level

Segment Lifecycle

We have decoupled the segment status and destination status with this release. You now get visibility to a segment processing status, destination upload status and detailed error messages. Listed below are the highlights of this feature.- More granular and detailed action items for end users, thus facilitating a self-serving experience
- Error, if any, is accompanied by the segment status
- Mouse hover information for destination status providing the count of destinations and their individual statuses
