The following are the best practices and recommendations for setting up workflows within Journeys:

Ensure accurate mapping of all required data fields under the correct source for creating workflows. Only the mapped fields will be accessible for filtering during workflow creation.
At least one streaming source must be mapped, and it is mandatory for the event_name to be present on the source mapping.
Make sure to pre-create the Calculated Attributes needed for the workflows.
While setting up a Destination, verify that you’ve entered the correct connection details for the designated channel and are sending all the mandatory fields required for that channel.
Verify accurate data mapping between Zeotap CDP and the Channel.
