Perform the following steps to raise a request:

In the Request Access tab, click RAISE NEW REQUEST.

Currently, GCS/BQ Access appears as the Request Type. You can modify this selection.

Choose the Organization for which you want to access the BigQuery or GCS bucket. Note that all the organisations for which you have access to the Collect application, appear in this drop-down menu.

Select the appropriate Client Admin.

Type the appropriate Reason for request in the text box provided.

Click REQUEST ACCESS. The request is sent to the Client Admin and a row appears on the REQUEST ACCESS page with the status as Sent. Note that the STATUS and REVIEWED BY columns are updated based on the changes made by the Client Admin.

Reviewing the Request

As a Client Admin, you receive the request in the form of an email. Open the email and click REVIEW ACCESS REQUEST. You are taken to the REQUEST ACCESS page in the Zeotap CDP App from where you can approve or reject the request.

Accessing an Approved Request

Once the Client Admin approves the request, an email is sent to the Zeotap Admin/Zeotap Client Admin who raised the request. The email also contains details about how long the Zeotap Admin/Zeotap Client Admin can access the Client’s BigQuery or GCS bucket. On navigating to the REQUEST ACCESS page, the status of the request appears as Approved along with the name of the Reviewer. The Zeotap Admin/Zeotap Client Admin can then access the Client’s BigQuery or GCS bucket and finish debugging.
