Overview

As a brand, you can use the Consent module to configure granular consent for your first-party data and use that in the various activities performed on the platform with the user data. Keeping in mind the variance in consent requirements based on regulations, vertical and type of services provided, this module provides a simple, standard setup according to your requirements. The following are the features of the Consent module:
  • Support for processing and storing granular consent
  • Support for processing and storing customer marketing preferences
  • Unification of disparate consent and marketing preferences against a single profile using Zeotap’s ID strategy
  • Creating universal rules based on consent and marketing preferences to apply to all segments at Audience and channel levels.
